What Am I Playing This Weekend
July 24th, 2009I hope to jump into some Killzone 2 this weekend. I just bought the new maps for the multiplayer, and they look like a lot of fun. It's my Mom's birthday this weekend, so maybe I can pull out a trivia game like one of the scene it! games, or trivial pursuit. This was a busy and tough week at work, and I am really excited to sit and play some fun stuff.
What are you playing this weekend? Let me know in the comments.

This weekend will be a bit tough for me to play much. I am going to a concert Saturday night, which is fun, but really cuts into my playing time.
I will definitely try to play some more Battlefield 1943, but I also hope to get back into some Halo3, Saints Row 2, and LittleBigPlanet and of course my Go-To game, Plants vs. Zombies. And I bet some Rock Band 2 also.

This weekend will be a first since I started doing the experiment, I actually finished my game for the week before the weekend even began. So I think that I will put more time into God of War 2, I'll play some of the Uncharted 2 beta (it ends on Sunday!) and put some time into rock band 2. I love that game, and the weekly DLC and support from Harmonix is great!

P.S. RIP Michael Jackson

This weekend might be a bit tough on the video game playing. I have some obligations that I must attend to that will take me out of my game cave, and actually interact with that huge ball of gas you call the sun. I’m going to be honest, I don’t know if that will be a good thing, the Sun and I took a break, and we haven’t seen each other on a weekend in a while.
I will definitely try to finish up God of War 2 some time this weekend, maybe put some time into Ghostbusters, Lego Batman, and some more of the Uncharted 2 Beta.
Of course there will be the old standbys played too, GTA: Chinatown Wars, Team Fortress 2, and Plants vs. Zombies.
What will you be playing, leave me a comment for this story.

I think this weekend should be a relaxing one on the errand front, so I should be able to get a lot of gaming in. I am hoping to put some more time into God of War 2, maybe some UFC 2009, Chinatown Wars, Flower, and I just downloaded the Uncharted 2 multiplayer demo. It will be a busy weekend.
Who am I kidding? Plants vs. Zombies and Team Fortress 2. Maybe some others that I can't even think of. Whatever the mood strikes.

June 7th, 2009So I got a couple games this week. I still have a ton on the shelf. I am still playing some Plants vs. Zombies. But hopefully I'll get a bit more into Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Dark Sector, maybe some inFamous and of course, my 'right before bed game' Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
We have kinda reached a bit of a lull in game releases. But that lull won't last too long, with Prototype and the Ghostbusters games coming out in the next two weeks.
The Experiment must go on!
What is everyone else playing?

This week, I was able to jump into a couple games. First was Plants vs Zombies, which I really love. It’s an interesting take on a tower defense game. You a gardener that plants flowers, I know, I know, this isn’t Gardening Mama, but here is the kicker, the flowers kill ZOMBIES! You might be like me, but I am on the verge of having your zombie over load, from Resident Evil 5, Call of Duty: World at War, and Left 4 Dead. This game is not only addicting but the gameplay is engaging and the zombie types are varied and quite honestly, hilarious. The mini-games and puzzles are well done and challenging enough to keep you coming back. Definitely pick it up. You can get it on Steam for $10.
I will probably play a bit of PvZ, however now that I recently canceled my World of Warcraft subscription, I have more time to play the backlog of games that I have.
I will spend more time moving up the ladder in Punch Out!! which I just received in the mail yesterday. I think I might dive a bit deeper in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the 360, Prince of Persia for the 360.
The weekend is still young, so lets see where this experiment takes me.
